It's summer now, the weather’s so hot and humid. I still remember long ago before I lived in a country where I can experience different seasons, I had learned the seasons in Japanese language from Ayumi Hamasaki’s song, YOU.
Chorus
春の風包まれて 遥かな夢描いて
Haru no kaze tsutsumarete haruka na yume egaite
夏の雲途切れては 消えていった
夏の雲途切れては 消えていった
Natsu no kumo tokirete wa kiete itta
秋の空切なくて 冬の海冷たくて
秋の空切なくて 冬の海冷たくて
Aki no sora setsunakute fuyu no umi tsumetakute
夢中になっていく程 時は経っていたね
夢中になっていく程 時は経っていたね
Muchuu ni natte iku hodo toki wa tatte ita ne
From the chorus, we not only can learn about the seasons, but also some other interesting and useful words as well. In the first line, 春の風包まれて means wrapped in the spring wind. 春 or はる(haru) is spring, while 風 or かぜ (kaze) is wind. 遥かな夢描いて means drawing or imagining a distant dream. 遥か or はるか (haruka) is far or distant, and 夢 or ゆめ (yume) means dream.
The second line, 夏の雲途切れて means interrupted by the summer clouds, and消えていったmeant disappeared. It describes the drawing or imagining of the dream by the spring wind in the first line was interrupted and disappeared due to the summer’s cloud. 夏 or なつ (natsu) is summer, while 雲 or くも (kumo) means cloud.
The third line, 秋の空切なくて means the autumn sky aches my heart, 冬の海冷たくて , and the winter sea is cold. 秋 or あき (aki) is autumn/fall, and 空 orそら (sora) is sky. 冬 or ふゆ(fuyu) is winter, 海 or うみ (umi) is sea/ocean.
From the chorus we can learn the seasons and some common words as well.

Of course, there are many other interesting words in the rest of the lyrics, but the chorus is short and simple, and it has many easy words to remember. Listen to the song as well, it's quite old, but it's a nice song. Hope that this helps to remember those Japanese vocabularies.
